Chief Executive Officer
Before joining The Quality Texas Foundation, Dr. Denney spent thirty years in senior management positions at Johnson & Johnson, Halliburton, Microsoft, and Examination Management Services, where he was the Director of Quality reporting to the company’s President and CEO.
He is a Senior Member of The American Society for Quality and an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence. Dr. Denney served on the ASQ Certification Board and the Quality Management Division governing council.
He began his experience with the Criteria as a Quality Texas examiner in 1996 and first became a Baldrige examiner in 1998. He now serves as a Baldrige Alumni Examiner.
Lynn Tomaszewski

Lynn comes to Quality Texas from Sanden International where she was a project manager and team facilitator in the Quality Management Department. She was responsible for process management and innovation through the implementation of 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project management. Lynn has extensive experience with operational improvement, strategic planning, legal & regulatory compliance, accounting and financial management, team building, multi-site program management, QMS, ISO/TS audit compliance management, EH&S, Deming best practices, and operational budgeting.
She is a Senior member of the American Society for Quality and has served on the Quality Texas Board of Examiners, state Shingo Board of Examiners, Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners, and as an ASQ International Team Excellence Award Judge. She is a member of the Alliance for Performance Excellence Board of Directors' Governance Committee, Texas Association for Healthcare Quality (TAHQ), Center for Non Profit Management, and Texas Paralegal Division of the State Bar Association.
Tammy Brewer
Business Coordinator
Tammy comes to us from eight years at Ernst & Young, where she had extensive experience in financial management and client services. In addition to a variety of duties supporting Quality Texas operations, she coordinates registrations and other activities for our conferences.
